Banking House In Pärnu

Planned in the 1930s as the Pärnu branch of Eesti Pank, the large bank building on the city's representative square is a historic building of great value from the point of view of heritage protection. The architects of the building are Anton Soans and Alar Kotli. Nemos Real Estate bought the building from foreign investors in 2019 and, after the closure of the SEB bank branch in 2021, has been working on the preservation of the building, the creation of a holistic concept and a sustainable use model. The final phase of the building's redevelopment is the development of the building's attic.
