A magnificent historic building, planned as a Pärnu branch of the central bank of the Republic of Estonia in the 1930s, with a dominant location next to Pärnu's main square and very valuable in terms of heritage protection. The architects of the building are Anton Soans and Alar Kotli. Nemos Real Estate acquired the building from foreign investors in 2019 and after creating a comprehensive concept of the building and restructuring, it continues to develop the attic floor of the building.
