Banking House In Pärnu
A magnificent historic building, planned as a Pärnu branch of the central bank of the Republic of Estonia in the 1930s, with a dominant location next to Pärnu's main square and very valuable in terms of heritage protection. The architects of the building are Anton Soans and Alar Kotli. Nemos Real Estate acquired the building from foreign investors in 2019 and after creating a comprehensive concept of the building and restructuring, it continues to develop the attic floor of the building. The leading architect of the redevelopment is Koit Ojaliiv (KUU).
Sabin audiobar
Sabin was the first listening bar in Estonia. Music was at the heart of the place, with an unprecedentedly well-equipped listening room, a diverse program and a record store. Nemos founder Ülari Niinemägi was one of the founders, CFO and resident DJ.
Post-modern private house
An architect's private house designed in the 1980s, which is one of the few post-modern private houses in Nõmme that has been preserved in such an unchanged form. We renovate the building according to modern possibilities and needs, preserving and valuing the work methods and solutions characteristic of the era and the architect. In addition to the construction works, the project includes the complete furnishing of the building (furniture, interior elements, art, etc.).
